Meet Our Leaders

Stephanie Bradshaw

Stephanie Bradshaw is a Colorado native with a passion for helping children reach their full potential. She earned her Bachelors Degree in English with Elementary Education license at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She earned her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. After teaching 4th grade and 2nd grade in Falcon District 49 for five years, she decided to expand her horizons. The personalized learning model stood out to her as the solution she had been searching for as a teacher- the answer to helping all students grow. She implemented the model at Pikes Peak Prep, and then at Academy of Advanced Learning, our sister school in Aurora. The following year, Mrs. Bradshaw served as an assistant principal in Harrison D2. She is honored and thrilled to join the Coperni 3 team.

When she's not working, her two children keep her busy. Izaya is an energetic and bright six-year-old boy and Evvy is a curious and vivacious two-year-old girl. Her husband Gibar is a high school baseball coach in D11. We have a commitment to our community and have lofty goals of making a difference.
